APTree helps users save, view balances, move funds, and interact with supported payment partners and blockchain networks. Availability, supported currencies, countries, and features may change over time.

Any stated annual percentage yield, rate, or return is variable unless expressly stated otherwise. Digital assets and partner services may involve operational, market, smart-contract, liquidity, regulatory, and network risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

APTree may rely on payment processors, banking partners, blockchain networks, liquidity providers, wallet infrastructure, and other third-party services. Their terms, fees, limits, outages, or compliance decisions may affect your transactions.

7. Fees, limits, and reversals

We may apply fees, minimums, maximums, and timing limits. Some transactions cannot be reversed once submitted to a payment rail or blockchain network.

8. Suspension or termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if required by law, if we detect suspicious activity, if these Terms are breached, or if continued access creates risk for APTree, users, or partners.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific returns, or that all defects will be corrected immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APTREE LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses caused by third-party services, network failures, unauthorized wallet access, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, website, or email.
