1. Who we are

These Terms govern your access to APTree, a mobile wallet and group funds product operated by APTREE LIMITED. References to “APTree”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean APTREE LIMITED.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the services in your jurisdiction. We may restrict access where required by law, compliance obligations, partner requirements, or risk controls.

3. The service

APTree helps users hold digital assets, pool group funds, view balances, move funds, and interact with supported payment partners and blockchain networks. Availability, supported currencies, countries, and features may change over time.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when requested.
• Keep your wallet, device, PIN, and recovery information secure.
• Use APTree only for lawful personal or business purposes.
• Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

5. Circle funds and financial risk

Each Circle has one admin who controls transfers and cash-outs. Members contribute to shared funds and cannot withdraw independently. An admin handover takes effect when the nominated member accepts. Circle names, membership and blockchain activity are public. Digital assets and partner services may involve operational, market, smart-contract, liquidity, regulatory, and network risks. Digital assets may lose value.

6. Third-party services

APTree may rely on payment processors, banking partners, blockchain networks, liquidity providers, wallet infrastructure, and other third-party services. Their terms, fees, limits, outages, or compliance decisions may affect your transactions.

7. Fees, limits, and reversals

We may apply fees, minimums, maximums, and timing limits. Some transactions cannot be reversed once submitted to a payment rail or blockchain network.

8. Suspension or termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if required by law, if we detect suspicious activity, if these Terms are breached, or if continued access creates risk for APTree, users, or partners.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all defects will be corrected immediately.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APTREE LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses caused by third-party services, network failures, unauthorized wallet access, or events outside our reasonable control.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, website, or email.
